  • Consent responses (e.g., for social media posts)
  • Photos or videos from our events
  • Membership and billing information (where applicable)
  • Teen behavior or conduct records (if reported for safety concerns)

2. How We Use the Information

We use this information to:

  • Facilitate participation in our programs and activities
  • Contact you about upcoming events or changes
  • Provide safety and emergency communication
  • Improve our programs and community experience
  • Promote events (only with photo/video consent)
  • Manage membership, billing, and cancellations

3. Photo and Video Content

If you’ve granted permission, we may post group photos or videos of our events on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. We will:

  • Never share personal contact details publicly
  • Avoid tagging individuals without permission
  • Always honor your choice to opt-out of media use

You may update your consent at any time by contacting us.
